After completing The LEGO Movie, I was asked by directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller to storyboard the action sequence for the pilot episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I visited the location (in Burbank, not Brooklyn), created a shot list, and storyboarded the scene based on Lord and Miller’s blocking and the script.
